Information Regarding the new email service

All town users can access their email / calendar / notes from their desk, using the Outlook 2003 email client, or away from the office, using the Webmail access page. This page requires a modern web browser: Internet Explorer 7 or above, Opera 9 or above, Safari 3, or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or newer (recommended).

Warning: always remember to logout from webmail when you have finished using a public computer; Always call the IT staff a.s.a.p. if you have any concerns regarding the security of your data.

For instructions on configuring advanced options (mail rules / away message / webmail signature / etc) please download the User Guide.

If you intend to access your email via Outlook off-site or on a mobile device / smartphone, please contact IT.

A full directory of up-to-date town staff telephone numbers and email addresses is available via Outlook or Webmail in Public Folders / Contacts. If you notice an error OR you wish to update your own information, please contact the Executive Assistant or the IT Staff.
