FALL TAX BILL LATER THAN USUAL

The first half of fiscal 2008 real estate taxes will have a late release date, estimated to be around the end of October.

A tax rate of $4.72 was approved by the Mass. Department of Revenue late on Tuesday, October 16th. Tax bills should be ready for mailing by October 31st. Tax payments will be due 30 days after mailing.
