FEES FOR MUNICIPAL LIEN CERTIFICATES


The MLC fee schedule in MGL Ch. 60 Sec. 23B was adopted by the Town of Wellfleet in October, 2009:

Land over 1 acre ………………………..    $  50.00

Residence of four or more families …….  $100.00

Commercial property …………………..   $150.00

All other properties …………………….. $  25.00
