WATER AEROBICS AT GULL POND
Aqua Aerobics~
Water offers 12 times more resistance than air thus forcing you to work harder to move through it….the buoyancy of water makes it possible to move the body in ways not achievable on land thus increasing your flexibility and range of motion. And water is forgivable as you do not need perfect form or coordination to achieve good results. The class includes:
20 min warm-up….20 min aerobics…20 min cool down and a water variation of Tai Chi and woga…..
~Classes held at Gull Pond, Tues & Thurs @ 10-11AM:
1st session~July 1-29~
2nd session August 3-31
Fees: Season= 18 classes...July/August = $100.00
One Month= 9 classes....$75.00
Single class= $10.00
